American Affinity’s goal is grantmaking for effective, efficient, and direct impact grants to victims of
- Pandemic
- Disasters (natural or man-made)
- Emergency Hardships.
We intend to donate 100% of the money received from donors.
Established, within the meaning of publication 557 section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”), or the corresponding provision of any future Federal tax code (“Section 501(c)(3)”), in furtherance of our goals, American Affinity shall have the same powers as an individual to do all things necessary or convenient to carry out the purposes, as set forth in the Articles of Incorporation and these Bylaws. At no time and in no event shall the American Affinity participate in any activities which have not been permitted to be carried out by the American Affinity exempt under Section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986
